Recently I competed in an Ignite Competition on company growth at CloudPassage (where I work). I considered doing something simple about achieving growth through improving the product’s user experience, but I had this vision of something that would be exceptional (perhaps over-the-top), and I couldn’t let it go.
I enjoy making things “cool” and getting people excited about doing good. I bent a few rules on this presentation (no PowerPoint!) and skipped a few nights of sleep, but I was honored to have won the competition and thought the video worth sharing.
